Description

Game ready realistic model of shoe, wore by swedish soldiers and officers during Great Northern War.

Leather shoes (skor) with brass buckles hobnailed with wooden pegs were the principal type of footwear worn by both soldiers and officers. Such shoes can be found in the collection of the Stockholm Army Museum.
