Detailed 3D model of a Swedish military karpus cap, worn by infantry and officers during the 18th century. Ideal for strategy games, modding, or historical scenes. Clean topology, ready for animation or engine import. Includes Blender, FBX, OBJ formats and 4K PBR textures.
A karpus was a broadcloth hat, with the crown sewn from several sections (for example four or six). Its seams could be piped with woollen cord. Onto the crown were sewn turn-up flaps and a peak, which could be fastened to the crown with a button. The large turnup flaps could have several buttons to fasten them, when turned down, under the chin, thereby protecting the whole head and neck from the cold.
