Description
Low-poly textured model of House
Fully created with Blender and textured with Substance Painter (4K textures). Model is watertight (manifold) and can be 3D printed. No n-gons, quads only. Triangulated game-ready model is also included (2868 triangles).
Not designed for extreme close ups but can be used for fairly close rendering. Package also includes PBR materials (BaseColor, Metallic, Roughness, Height and Normals) and ID map as an extra for those who want to retexture this model if one provided is not good enough for purpose. Entire model is unwrapped to single image.
This is outside view of the house (no interior). So windows' glass is not real (transparent) Glass Shader. It's textured as mirror (color white, metallic 1, roughness 0.04).
Also, there's clean manifold printable version of this model included - STL, 148 x 80 x 63mm or 5.83 x 3.15 x 2.48" (not unwrapped, no materials).
