LS2BLROD90A-Tai Chi Mechanism for laser cut 3D Print Model

It is a mechanism similar to iris mechanism. There are two blades. The shape is similar to Chinese Taiji or Tai Chi. When you rotate the "Drive Part"or the middle plate, the blades open or close gradually. The center hole's diameter is 90mm max, outer size is diameter 210mm and thickness is 12 mm. Most parts are designed for laser engraving. The parts' thickness is 3 mm. You can 3D print these parts too,but ABS/PLA should not be the best material due to the printing quality.So resin is a good material to print.

To assemble the parts togther,some metal parts and glue are needed: 1. Diameter 2mm length 5mm-pin; Diameter 2mm,length 12 mm pin; M2X12 screw; M2 hexagon nut. Refer to the BOM in the attachment. Due to the part's quality, maybe you need to do some handwork.
