i highly recommend to use the c4d_octane file, as the renders were made right there. also there are day/night versions of model (you can see it in my renders) in c4d_octane, there isn't such "bonus" in a default c4d file.
i'm sorry there aren't any other file permissions, because this model can only exist in cinema 4d (there are many errors, when i try to convert it).
