there is a textures set in the archive: base color, normal, roughness, opacity, metallic

attention:
to display the model correctly, you need to use the opacity texture.

note:
the pavement tile made only for a presentation, but i've add it to the files, so you can use this model if you need it.
pavement tile model details: polygons - 1733, vertices - 1813.
i've also add highpoly model, but it doesn't have proper uv and textures - only polygonal model (polygons - 204085, vertices - 200347).
