Description
switch to be able to vacuum dust alternately on several devices (circular saw, miter saw, band saw, milling machine, ...). no hose has to be repositioned.the suction switch (blast gate) has 5 locking positions.
only one entrance is open at a time.
the blastgate is suitable for hoses with a nominal diameter of 40mm.
it consists of 4 parts:
- housing (inlet) for 5 devices (152mm x 142mm x 43mm)
- housing (outlet) for vacuum cleaner (152mm x 142mm x 103mm)
- locking ring (142mm x 152mm x 3,4mm) ... shown in light blue
- locking disc (diam. 120mm x 3mm) ... shown in yellow
in order to be able to change the respective setting (which device is to be vacuumed), an M8 threaded rod, two self-locking M8 nuts and a screw-on handle are also required (shown in black)!
To connect the two housings with the locking ring and disk between you will need 5 sets of M6x40 screws, nuts and washers.
Any type of bearings is not required!
