you can use fbx for work in different programs. it's rigged and has no materials, textures.
for poser you must use free daz plugin dson importer . see please daz3d shop.
the folder with daz files has files in format dsf,duf (character- clothing for female genesis), uv set in dsf format and original fur material preset. in the fur material preset is included 2 shaders - fur, suede and texture. the garment is conform (rigged). it has 3 subdivision layers.
